Ian holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. He has worked at the C-level for over 20 years at a wind turbine manufacturer, medical device manufacture, and automotive engineering firms in Michigan.

Sam holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Biology and MS in Microbiology from RTM Nagpur University. He has worked extensively in wastewater treatment for over 10 years to deploy cutting edge solutions to challenging problems.
Matthew has a BS from University of New Hampshire and has worked in collegiate food service operations for over 20-years. He has a deep knowledge of food systems and is interested in helping farms, food & beverage manufacturers, and composters in the Eastern US market address new waste challenges.
Jack has a BS from Eastern Michigan University and has a strong interest in organic waste-to-energy systems, sustainability, and helping customers improve their operations while reducing costs. He lives in Ann Arbor and travels throughout the Midwest working with farms, food & beverage manufacturers, and others to reduce waste disposal costs and improve their operational efficiency.
Don has a XX from XX and has worked for over X years to help the Wisconsin agricultural community address water quality issues. He has a deep knowledge of watershed management issues and is helping farmers implement cutting edge solutions like our ultrafiltration system to address phosphorus runoff.
Mike has a BS from Wayne State University and specializes in working with landfills and other generators of industrial wastes. He has a particular interest in PFAS and other emerging contaminants.
